BOASSO CLEAN, INC. acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. We don't just move boxes; we manage the integrity of your supply chain. Our services include freight transportation coordination, cargo warehousing for transit, and forwarding API integrations.
2. Transportation Liability
Liability is a core concern in our industry. While we utilize advanced tracking and vetted transit nodes, our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with industry-standard freight forwarding constraints. We're not responsible for acts of God, weather interference, or administrative seizures unless otherwise specified in individual service level agreements.
3. Warehouse Protocols
Freight stored in our managed warehouses is subject to specific safety regulations. Cargo must be properly labeled and packaged for transit. We reserve the right to inspect any shipment that poses a potential risk to our infrastructure or personnel.
4. Payment and Dispatch
Bookings are finalized upon dispatch confirmation. Payments for transit routes are due according to the net-30 terms established at the time of account creation. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of API access and dispatch support services.
